Tube vs. Solid State
There has been an endless debate on what sounds better, tube or transistors. You can read thousands of pages on the internet advocating and claiming that one is better than the other. Well, our take on this question is “Each has its own space and qualities”. That’s the reason we make both types of amplifiers. Tubes and transistors have their own distinctive qualities and drawbacks and we have found that many listeners actually prefer both from time to time. This is one reason we decided to design our tube preamplifier to work well with our tube amplifiers as well as solid-state amplifiers.
